The Assistant Property Manager reports to the General Manager and supports the achievement of the property’s operational goals. This role focuses on creating value through proactive management, ownership, and operational excellence across two legacy assets in Spring, Texas.
Continuously strive to provide the highest level of quality and service to our owners and clients. Successfully execute the property management policy and procedures related to the development and ownership of two commercial office buildings. Assist in the management of profitability growth for each asset through rent collections and expense management. Work on multiple projects, with varying priority levels, and meet the agreed-upon objectives. Assist and work closely with the other groups to facilitate the successful execution of company and asset goals and objectives. Must be team and goal-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities of two office buildings consistently.

lead engineer — commercial
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to join our team. The Building Engineer will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and infrastructure across all areas of this asset. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex building systems in a commercial settings, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a building engineering or facilities management role, with a focus on Commercial Properties. Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a maintenance team. A minimum of 7 years of commercial maintenance experience is preferred. Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and BAS platforms. Universal EPA certification required; additional trade licenses (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
