The Leasing Professional is responsible for creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the leasing process. This role focuses on generating leases, supporting occupancy and revenue goals, completing leasing and administrative documentation, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and assisting with marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.
At least one year of leasing experience at a Class A multifamily community preferred, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused sales environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred. Represent the community and company professionally through appearance, communication, and conduct. Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual is preferred.
Full-time, On-site, Weekend, and On-call Availability is required.
