Leasing Professionals are primarily responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with prospective residents, inclusive of completing lease documents for prospective residents and supports the overall property's marketing plan.
Connect with prospective residents through phone calls, appointments, and follow-up communications. Provide electronic quotes to all prospective residents and assist with the online application process to secure an apartment.
Show off our community by walking the property with prospective residents and delivering a persuasive sales pitch about the benefits of living in our community. Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients’ needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
